Joining a Sales and Customer Support team you will be responsible for handling customer orders and ensuring delivery requirements are met. You will be liaising with customers via the telephone and via Email and answering queries in a timely manner.
Duties Include
Inputting customer orders
Produce client quotations and processing orders
Raising proforma invoices, and chasing overdue payments
Handle customer orders and enquiries via telephone
Liaising with internal and external suppliers regarding product availability
Updating customers on delivery expectations
Regularly liaising with internal sales, accounts and distribution teams
Filing of customer orders, despatch notes and proof of deliveries
Candidate Requirements
Strong telephone and communication skills
Proven customer service/customer support experience
IT proficiency, any experience using SAP very useful
Strong team player
Ability to work under pressure and handle changing priorities
Stable record within administrative support
Excellent problem-solving skills
