About You
Are you ready to lead meaningful conversations that shape the future?
We’re looking for a Stakeholder Engagement Lead to be the bridge between vision and impact.

If so, read on….
You’re not just experienced; you’re confident navigating complex planning and regulatory landscapes. You’ve led stakeholder engagement in infrastructure projects, acted as a client with consultants and contractors, and coordinated across diverse teams and agencies. You know how to bring people together, align goals, and drive delivery.
You’re a natural communicator, able to translate technical detail into meaningful dialogue. You understand the power of relationships and know how to build trust across communities, government bodies, regulators, NGOs, and delivery partners.

About The Role
As our Stakeholder Engagement Manager, you’ll be the vital link between the Mining Remediation Authority and the people and organisations shaping our projects. You’ll ensure stakeholder voices are heard, respected, and reflected in every stage of delivery.
Your key responsibilities will include:

- Multi-Agency Coordination – work across government, regulators, NGO’s and community groups to ensure joined up delivery and shared ownership outcomes
- Planning and infrastructure delivery – Support the integration of stakeholder needs into project design and delivery, with a strong understanding of the planning process, including DCO’s and infrastructure lifecycles
- Consultant and Contractor Liaison – Represent the MRA in engagement with external consultants and contractors. Ensure delivery aligns with stakeholder expectations and programme goals, and foster collaboration between internal and external teams

Role location: Our programme team members are located across the UK. While there is a requirement for regular travel to our Mansfield office, the hybrid working arrangement is flexible and can be discussed at interview.
For more information about the role please refer to the attached job description.
Schedule:
Application closing date: Monday 22nd September 2025
Sifting date: Tuesday 30th September 2025
Interviews: Tuesday 7th October 2025
(If you are unavailable on these interview dates, please make us aware, and we will look at alternative dates)
Security:
Successful candidates must pass basic security checks and will be subject to UK Immigration requirements.
Ready to make your mark?
If you’re passionate about driving collaboration, influencing outcomes, and delivering infrastructure that truly reflects community needs – we want to hear from you.
