What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an inspirational Playworker to work in our wonderful school and be a part of our dynamic team. Governors want to appoint a committed, highly motivated, well organised and enthusiastic practitioner, who will embrace our inclusive and creative philosophy and help us further develop an environment where ‘Every child is given the opportunity to sky rocket!’

The successful candidate will join a dedicated and hardworking team of teachers and TAs in an innovative, creative and supportive school with the most inspirational children. Rushall Primary is highly committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The post is subject to an enhanced DBS Disclosure check along with relevant employment checks. These will require you to disclose details of all unspent and unfiltered spent reprimands, formal warnings, cautions and convictions as part of the recruitment process. This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. Shortlisted candidates will also be asked to complete a self-declaration of their criminal record or information that would make them unsuitable to work with children.
