Crynodeb
We are currently recruiting for a Health & Safety Coordinator for a supplier of wet paint, powder coatings and metal pretreatment products to a variety of Market areas. An exciting opportunity at a rapidly growing company in Redditch. Possible permanent position after a successful trial period.
Duties would include;
- Playing an essential role in ensuring that the safety regulations and procedures in the workplace are adhered to
- Managing all aspects of the health and safety program
- Maintains internal control procedure reports
- Complete inductions for new staff and embed health and safety training program
- Support HR in monitoring and setting up of HSE training programs
- Create maintenance plan for the organisation's equipment.
Core Competencies:
- Minimum 2 years experience in the manufacturing, logistics and transport industry
- Health & Safety Experience
- Experience of risk assessments, site inspections, training records, fire regulations and SHEQ regulations
- Demonstrable experience in quality management, process improvement, compliance (ISO 9001, ISO22000, SQAS, IMPCAS)
Shifts and Pay Rates
- Monday to Thursday - 0800-1630
- Friday - 0800-1300
- £13.00 per hour
