Your new role
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and sustainability goals.
What you'll need to succeed
- 2+ years in procurement or buying roles within manufacturing, ideally in food, nutrition, chemicals, or pharmaceuticals.
- Proven track record of strategic sourcing, cost negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
- Experience supporting new product development and working cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, and Operations.
What you'll get in return
You will receive an annual salary of £45,000 depending on experience. This business is looking for a candidate who is based in Staffordshire as they do not offer a hybrid working policy.
