Summary

Do you have experience in delivering training, E-Roster system usage and rostering staff in a medical setting? If so, join Elysium Healthcare as the E-Roster Project Support Officer on a 12 month fixed term basis.

As the E-Rostering Project Support Officer, you will provide support to the implementation of the e-rostering and other systems as required. This includes conducting training sessions and workshops, project support, helpdesk advice, ensuring high quality data input and supporting the e-rostering project manager.

This role will require nationwide travel, therefore, the applicant must hold a valid UK driving licence and have their own transport.

What you will be doing:

  • Conducting training sessions and workshops in support of the e-rostering project
  • Providing helpdesk advice and support for the e-rostering project to departmental / ward managers and staff
  • Providing day to day support for the staff and ensure appropriate investigation of any errors or problems with the e-rostering system
  • Accurate input of information into the e-rostering system · Maintain high quality data and reports from the e-rostering system
  • Producing accurate and timely Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for meetings, General Management, Ward staff, Finance and other relevant parties
  • Supporting local training programmes for the e-rostering system
  • Advising in the drafting and amending of an Elysium Healthcare Rostering Policy
  • Taking direction from the Project Manager responsible for e-rostering for the maintenance, support and development of the system in line with the aims of the project
  • Assisting the Project Manager to co-ordinate the ongoing phasing of project and facilitate preparation of these phases in all areas
  • Supporting the Project Manager to manage change process with all stakeholders and ensure effective communication, ensure potential blocks and difficulties are communicated to the Project Manager
  • Supporting the Project Manager to implement an effective system to evaluate and measure benefits, setting objectives with managers
  • Liaising with third party suppliers to ensure that issues are resolved in a timely fashion
  • Acting as a champion and be an effective communicator at all levels

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to delivering training 1-2-1 and to groups
  • Able to create procedures and quick reference guides
  • Excellent IT skills and using IT systems
  • Rostering staff in a medical setting (D)
  • E-Roster system usage (D)
  • Experience of managing elements of a project, using project plans, associated documentation, and information systems
  • Experience of working within a large team or organisation
  • Experience of initiating and implementing organisational procedures and processes
  • Experience in appropriately handling confidential material
  • Clinical or administrative experience in an NHS setting (D)
