Contract Support Specialist: Join Our Client's Team!
Are you a highly organized professional with experience in facilities management? Our client is seeking a dedicated Contract Support Specialist to join their team. This full-time role is perfect for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in financial administration and client support.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will play a crucial part in the smooth financial and administrative operations for our client's contracts. Your responsibilities will include:

Financial Management: Generating financial and statistical reports, assisting with the monthly review of Profit & Loss statements, and managing all maintenance invoicing.

Operational Support: Handling daily administrative tasks for designated sites, managing the creation of work orders and invoices, and ensuring the timely delivery of parts and services.

Administrative Tasks: Overseeing Work In Progress (WIP), debt, and purchase orders. You will also maintain accurate client files, perform quarterly audits, and submit overtime reports to payroll.

Client & Team Support: Providing timely and professional responses to customer inquiries and collating information for both internal and external reports. You'll also attend site visits and meetings as needed.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience in a similar contract support or administrative position, preferably within the Facilities Management sector.

Strong financial skills, including experience with P&L review and financial reporting.

Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

Proficiency in creating various types of orders and invoices.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

The ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member.
Role Details

Location: On-site in Cambridge

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Salary: £35,000 per annum
