The Chef de Partie Role:
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to work alongside the Head Chef and Sous Chef across lunch, afternoon tea and evening dining. You’ll play an important role in delivering creative, high-quality dishes while having the freedom to bring your own flair to the menu.
Typical working hours cover Tuesday–Saturday services, offering a good work/life balance rarely found in hospitality.
About You
We’d love to hear from you if you are:
• An experienced Chef de Partie or a skilled Commis Chef ready for the next step
• Equipped with a strong all-round skillset (experience in pastry/baking especially welcome)
• Creative, ambitious, and keen to learn in a fine dining environment
• A flexible and supportive team player with a passion for innovation
• Enthusiastic about local produce and foraging
• Already eligible to work in the UK (visa sponsorship may be considered for the right candidate)
