With just 10 boutique rooms and 30 covers, they focus on craft, creativity, and quality – consistently topping local TripAdvisor rankings with a 4.9/5 score.
Their menus are inspired by Scotland’s seasons, showcasing the very best in local, seasonal, and foraged produce. Innovation drives our kitchen, and every dish is created to surprise and delight their guests.

The Sous Chef Role:
As Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with our Head Chef, leading the kitchen team across all services – from elegant lunches and afternoon teas to evening fine dining. This is a hands-on leadership role where your creativity, organisation, and passion will directly shape the guest experience.
Typical working hours run Tuesday–Saturday, covering lunch and dinner, giving you an excellent work/life balance.
About You
We’d love to hear from you if you are:
• An established Sous Chef, or an ambitious Senior Chef de Partie ready to step up
• Skilled in all areas of the kitchen with a fine dining background
• A natural leader, able to inspire and support the team
• Creative, curious, and keen to push boundaries in the kitchen
• Passionate about local produce and foraging
• Already eligible to work in the UK (visa sponsorship may be considered for the right candidate)
