Crynodeb
Provide general assistance to the practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone. Open up surgery, dealing with general enquiries and explaining procedures. Receive and make telephone calls as required, make appointments for patients, enter patient information on to the computer as required, action repeat prescription requests and undertake any other additional duties appropriate to the post as requested
