Joiner required to work in Harrow in tenanted and void properties on behalf of councils/housing associations.
The Client
Our client is an award winning sub-contractor who specialises in regeneration projects and operates nationwide.
The Role
Main duties are removing timber cladding from domestic properties, and installing fascia and soffits.
The total hours are 40 per week, 8am - 4:30pm with a 30 minute break - Monday to Friday. This contract is 12 months
- £25-£26 per hour CIS OR Umbrella payment
- Street Parking
- Regular work on a week-to-week basis, Monday to Friday.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Joiner
- Own Tools
- Own Transport
- You must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before.
