We are representing a reputable and established law firm in Skipton, who are seeking an ambitious and experienced Private Client Fee Earner to head up their Private Client department.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual with a minimum of 3 years experience in Private Client Law to further develop their career within a management role. Hybrid working and flexible working is available and will consider full time or part time hours.

About the Role:

As a Private Client Fee Earner, you will manage own caseload of files (wills, probate, Inheritance Tax, court of protection and powers of attorney) and manage the team.

About You:

- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Private Client Fee Earner – Solicitor/Legal
Executive.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- A STEP qualification is preferred but is not essential. They would expect the
successful candidate to actively pursue the full STEP Diploma if not already been
obtained.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
