Our Client are the UK’s largest energy brokers (not for profit), supporting the charity network with over 25 years' experience. Due to continuing growth, our client is looking for a Full Time Outbound Sales Consultant in Glasgow (with experience) to join this dynamic and well-established sales team.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
Outbound B2B Sales (essential)
Experience in Outbound Energy Sales (desirable but not essential)
Ability to build strong customer relationships
Excellent communication skills
Workload Management Skills
An ability to work under pressure
Ambitious and Target Driven
The successful candidate will have Daily Incentives and Bonuses; an uncapped and unrivalled commission structure, transparent career progression opportunities from a company who pride themselves on promoting from within as well as, access to Life Insurance, Company Pension and Cycle to Work Schemes.
Full training and development will be provided for the right candidate including extensive 1:1 coaching and group sessions.
ENERGY SALES CONSULTANT
Basic Salary £26,000 - £30,000 Basic (depending on experience) OTE £35,000-£45,000 (individual commission and bonus plus annual residual commission if customers sign up year on year). This is uncapped and the top 10% are earning in excess of £50,000 year on year.
Full Time – No weekends or Bank Holidays
