Qualifications
• Degree in Management or related field
• Professional qualifications in cost management and UK business and labour laws
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a senior management role, including direct staff oversight
and board-level reporting
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Practical experience in database administration and IT infrastructure for SMEs
• Willingness to relocate to Uttoxeter, Staffordshire on short notice
Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, supervising and monitoring the work of staff
• Carrying out staff appraisals and measuring performance to ensure the organization maintains low labour turnover and high staff satisfaction
Developing quality control processes by bridging gaps in existing food hygiene, stock
management, asset management, and CRM systems
• Maintaining the stock and asset register, along with preparing forecasted and budgeted financial reports to reflect the organization’s future financial outlook
• Preparing all cost and finance reports based on reconciliations and system-generated data for management review
• Dealing with correspondence from government and non-governmental organizations, food hygiene standard agencies, and health and safety authorities
• Performing with full access to and oversight of the organization’s total IT infrastructure as the system and database administrator
