We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills. As a Telemarketer, you will be the first point of contact with potential customers and responsible for promoting our products and services, generating leads, and contributing to the overall success of our sales team. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for sales.
The Call Centre is open Monday to Thursday 10am -6pm. We offer a competitive bonus scheme together with an hourly rate of pay.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services
Communicate clearly and persuasively with prospects, addressing their needs and concerns.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-up actions
Provide feedback on customer responses to help improve marketing approaches.
Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls made and leads generated.
Requirements
Proven experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A positive attitude and resilience in handling objections from potential customers.
