Crynodeb
To improve patient care by optimising pacemaker and ICD prescriptions with ongoing assessment of patient symptoms. To ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and pathways of Physiologists undertaking device follow up and implantation. To be responsible for the safe use of complex and expensive equipment. To assess and adapt clinical techniques following assessment for each procedure to meet the individual needs of the patient. To undertake duties as an autonomous practitioner. To analyse and interpret data, using specialist theoretical knowledge and experience, to produce procedure results and reports, which contribute to patient diagnosis and treatment.
