Crynodeb
Have overall senior leadership and accountability for the service line. Have responsibility for the day-to-day oversight operational management of services across Beckenham Beacon and Carlton Parade, ensuring the services are delivered within the agreed structures and in accordance with the operational policies. Coordinate and develop the practice and culture of the teams. Provide clear and consistent leadership to the workforce of the service and manage the recruitment, supervision, appraisals process for the service. Ensure a seamless integration of the key components between the community teams. Work closely with partner agencies to deliver an agreed multiagency strategic approach to the service. Ensure that financial management responsibility for budget and annual planning for the service remains within target. Implement a joint service framework for the team including the continuous development of the service by delivering integrated CPA care for all patients.
