About the role

Contract type: Permanent

What we’re looking for:

  • Expertise in carpentry, plumbing, and plastering
  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach combined with solid technical knowledge and excellent customer service skills
  • Confident communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Flexibility with working hours and travel

Additional requirements:

  • You must have the right to work in the UK
  • An enhanced DBS check is required (we will arrange this for you)
  • If you hold any relevant qualifications, we’ll need to see the original certificates

Benefits Package

  • Salary: £34,612.80 per year, with an annual salary review
  • Performance Bonus: Based on individual and company-wide targets
  • Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Overtime: Paid opportunities available regularly

  • Out-of-Hours Service Rate – £835 per week: This fixed rate covers being on an out-of-hours on-call rota, including availability, support, and first-time fix payments during these hours.
  • Company-provided equipment: Van, mobile phone, tablet, tools, fuel card, and uniform for business use
  • Personal benefits fund: £500 annual allowance for benefits such as private medical insurance, dental treatment, critical illness cover, or gym membership
  • Annual leave: 27 days per year, plus bank holidays, with an option to buy or sell up to 5 days
