Your new company
You'll be joining a leading food manufacturing business with a strong reputation for quality, safety, and innovation. Operating in a fast-paced production environment, the company is seeking short-term support to maintain high operational standards during a busy period.
Your new role
As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you'll be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across a range of electrical systems and production machinery. You'll play a key role in ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining compliance with food safety standards.
- Start Date: Immediate
- Contract Length: 3 weeks
- IR35 Status: Outside IR35
- Location: On-site (details provided upon application)
- Hours: Day shifts, Monday to Friday (with potential for overtime)
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in electrical maintenance within manufacturing or industrial environments (food industry experience is a plus)
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a regulated environment
- Good understanding of health and safety and food hygiene standards
