ABOUT THE ROLE
As a General Assistant at our award-winning client's care home, you’ll take on a variety of responsibilities that help deliver the highest standard of care and comfort to their residents.
Every day in this role will be different. From helping to care for our residents, to supporting with housekeeping, laundry, and kitchen duties, you’ll find plenty of opportunities to make a real difference.
Because this role is so varied, you’ll play a vital part in creating a welcoming, homely, and supportive environment. With your warm, approachable, and empathetic nature, you’ll build positive relationships with our residents, ensuring their time with us is happy, dignified, and truly meaningful.
ABOUT YOU
Ideally you should come from a care home background however this is not essential. We welcome people from a range of backgrounds. What really matters is that you’re reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to making a difference every day. You’ll be flexible and hands-on, comfortable turning your skills to a wide range of tasks. In return, we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed, along with opportunities to develop your skills further through specialist courses.
