Your Role:
As a Care Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our service.
You will :
Lead and support a team of care workers.
Manage a caseload of clients with a person-centred approach.
Ensure compliance with CQC standards and company policies.
Be the key contact for families, advocates, and healthcare professionals.
Conduct audits, assessments, and staff training.
Support for care in the field as a last resort

Organised, proactive, and a strong communicator.
Experienced in care management or ready to step up into the role.
Flexible and ready to support both in-office and field-based needs.
