This Band 6 Learning & Development eLearning Specialist role is to support the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of high-quality eLearning and blended learning solutions across the Trust. The postholder will contribute to enhancing staff capability through the delivery of engaging, accessible digital learning resources, eLearning courses, and educational videos aligned to organisational priorities, statutory/mandatory requirements, and local service needs.

The role will work closely with the Blended Learning Lead, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and the wider L&D team and will act as a subject matter expert in digital learning, supporting the Trust’s ambition to embed technology-enhanced learning in workforce development.
