Crynodeb
The primary aim of this role is to allow patient-facing staff to focus on direct care, ensuring that tasks returned to the practice are minimised. Success in this position will be measured by the timely completion, review, and filing of a high volume of clinical administrative work. This may occasionally involve direct contact with patients, for example to discuss pathology results or clarify prescription queries. We would expect the successful candidate(s) to work flexibly across the different areas of the role according to Practice requirements. Reasonable duties additional to those listed above may be allocated according to Practice need.
