You will need to register if you do not already have an account. CAMHS offers a high level of supervision and development for our staff. The service works on a locality-based model to ensure strong team working and high levels of locality knowledge. As a practitioner, the post holder will work in partnership with the CAMHS leadership team, Medical Consultants and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the highest level of clinical practice in assessment, case management, care coordination and treatment. You will be required to ensure that the best evidence-based care is given to children, young people and their families, within the resources available to the service. There will be an emphasis upon working with complex presenting difficulties and multi-agency networks. We welcome applicants with transferable skills from other areasof practiceand through the delivery of robust supervision and training opportunities we will aim to develop your knowledge, skills and experiencewithin a CAMHS IAPT Service. As an employer and sponsor licence holder, to be able to provide sponsorship to overseas nationals via the Skilled Worker route we must ensure that we adhere to the sponsorship requirements set by UK Visas and Immigration. Please note without previous NHS Service you will commence at the bottom of the pay band which currently does not meet the minimum salary requirement for sponsorship for this post.
