Job Title: Compliance Manager
Reports To: Director
We are looking for someone to oversee and ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, policies and ethical codes of conduct. Your role is crucial in mitigating risks and maintaining the integrity of our sales practices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive compliance program.
- Conduct regular audits of sales activities to identify potential compliance issues.
- Investigate and resolve compliance concerns and potential violations.
- Prepare and present reports on compliance activities and findings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in analytical, problem solving and high communication settings.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
