Total Social are working with Durham County Council who are looking for an experienced locum Children's Social Worker for their Connected Carers Team.
A requirement is for the applicant to have experience working within Fostering and to have a good understanding of the role within a Connected Carers Team.
The applicant will complete Reg 24 viability assessments and Full Connected Carers assessment to support our children to live with those connected to them through family/friendship.
The applicant will support, supervise and complete reviews with our Connected Carers, to help them through the change of being a carer and not a family member or friend.
