Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Skin Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in advanced skin treatments, a genuine passion for skin health and aesthetics, and a client-centred approach. You will work closely with our nurse practitioner, supporting treatment pathways and ensuring patients receive a safe, professional, and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Carry out advanced skin treatments such as chemical peels, micro-needling, dermaplaning, hydrafacials, skin rejuvenation facials, and other non-invasive therapies (training can be provided if required).
• Conduct thorough skin consultations, creating tailored treatment plans based on individual client needs.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment aftercare.
• Maintain excellent client records, ensuring compliance with clinic protocols and data protection regulations.
• Support the aesthetics nurse with treatment preparation and aftercare where required.
• Maintain high hygiene standards and ensure treatment rooms are always prepared and presentable.
• Provide outstanding customer service, fostering long-term client relationships.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, products, and techniques.

Skills & Requirements
• NVQ Level 3 (minimum) in Beauty Therapy (Level 4 preferred) or equivalent qualification in skin/aesthetics.
• Previous experience working in a clinic, spa, or salon environment with advanced skin treatments.
• Strong knowledge of skin health, anatomy, and professional product ranges.
• Excellent communication and consultation skills.
• Passionate, professional, and motivated with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Desirable (but not essential)
• Level 4 qualifications in Laser & IPL, or Chemical Peels.
• Experience working within a medical aesthetics environment.
• Sales experience in skincare and treatment plans.
