As a supply Teaching Assistant, you are a crucial part of the classroom, helping to create a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment where children can thrive. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the class teacher with daily learning activities across the curriculum.

  • Working with individual children and small groups to reinforce learning and development.

  • Helping to create a safe, engaging, and positive classroom atmosphere.

  • Assisting with the preparation of learning resources and classroom displays.

What You'll Need
  • Experience working with primary school-aged children.

  • A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3 in Childcare or Supporting Teaching & Learning) is desirable.

  • A patient, enthusiastic, and reliable attitude.

  • An enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
