Job Title: Personal Assistant/Support Worker- FEMALE ONLY
This role qualifies under the Equality Act 2010
Hours per week: 5 hours a week during term time- weekend or evenings and an additional 5 hours during the school holidays weekdays (Dates & times to be discussed and mutually agreed with employer)
Location: Colwyn Bay, Conwy
Rate of pay: £15 per hour
About me:
I am a 15-year-old girl, and I am looking for a flexible, patient, enthusiastic, caring female support worker who will help me to expand my social horizons and support me with the activities and hobbies I enjoy. I have autism and I am currently being assessed for ADHD & Learning Disability. I enjoy a number of activities such as crafts, Art, music, Discos/dancing, swimming and would like to attend a gym. I have lots of positive energy and will need someone who can keep up with me as I like to be active and involved in new things and being creative. If this sounds like you, I’d love to hear from you.

Task and duties, to include any or all the following:

To support me going out into the community to do things such as charity shopping and swimming.
To attend the disco at Conwy Connect with me, abiding to health and safety at all times.
To prompt me to use the bathroom and accompany me on occasion.
To accompany me to the changing rooms and help me get dressed/ undressed when swimming or at the gym.
Experience of working with similar children desirable but not essential, will be assessed on application form/CV.
Must be a driver, with access to a vehicle, holding clean UK driving license and either have or be willing to have business class car insurance.
Any other duties not mentioned but that fall within the scope of this role should be discussed and then mutually agreed.
Undertake any further training, as mutually agreed.

The role is dependent upon a DBS and 2 references.
