Female Support Worker – Bedfordshire
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Female Support Worker to join our team in Bedfordshire. You will support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other care needs in nursing homes, care homes, and assisted living settings.
What you’ll do:
Provide personal care and daily living support (meals, medication, hygiene).
Assist with mobility and manual handling.
Encourage social engagement and companionship.
Keep accurate care records and follow individual care plans.
Accompany or drive clients to appointments and outings.
What we need from you:
Female (due to personal care requirements).
Previous care experience (desirable, not essential).
Knowledge of dementia/Alzheimer’s care (advantageous).
First Aid certification (preferred).
Strong communication and empathy.
Driving licence essential.
