What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking a part time teacher to work in lower Key Stage 2, from November 2025.
The position is initially temporary but could become permanent depending on the school's future staffing structure
Applications are welcome from ECTs and main scale teachers.
The successful candidate will:
• Be enthusiastic, reflective, hardworking and highly motivated.
• Have a passion for the success of all children and look for the best in every child, every day
• Nurture and inspire all children, establishing and maintaining high expectations and excellent progress across the curriculum
• Have excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
• Have a full and up to date understanding of the National Curriculum and current assessment procedures
• Have strong subject knowledge and a creative approach to planning across the primary curriculum
• Be able to work flexibly and supportively as part of our team
• Have an inclusive approach and an understanding of the Special Needs Code of Practice
• Create a stimulating, inspiring and outstanding learning environment
• Play a full role in the life of the school community and commit to wider responsibilities around the school
• Be a reflective practitioner who is keen to develop their practice
