Randstad is working with a leading educational institution to find a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join their team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a significant contribution to the education and development of young children.
Position description / Job description
- Plan and deliver engaging and stimulating lessons aligned with the curriculum.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment for students.
- Assess student learning and provide timely feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies.
- Contribute to the overall smooth running of the school.
Requirements
We're looking for you, if:
- You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) from the UK or have at least 1 year of relevant teaching experience in UK schools.
- You have experience working with children aged 0-6 years.
- You possess strong behaviour management skills and strategies.
- You have an Enhanced DBS check on the updated service.
- You have the right to work in the UK.
- You are flexible and able to work full-time or on a day-to-day basis.
- You are passionate about nurturing the growth and development of young children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
