What You'll Do:
- Be a Champion for Students: Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging and effective lessons, helping students learn new things.
- Provide Individualised Support: Help students with their learning, developing their social and emotional skills, and providing personal care.
- Be a Part of a Positive Learning Environment: Create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere where every student feels valued and empowered.

- Competitive Pay: £20,673 FTE (£11.44 per hour)

Who They're Looking For:
- You'll have a passion for working with kids with special needs and a desire to make a difference in their lives.
- You'll be a team player, working well with others and sharing ideas.
- You'll be eager to learn new skills and develop your knowledge to best support the students you work with.
- You'll have your GCSEs in Maths and English (Level 2/C or above).
- You'll have a good understanding of Safeguarding principles and Child Protection procedures.
- You'll have your own transport.
