Brantridge School is a specialist setting for boys aged 5–11 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC). Nestled in the Sussex Weald near Haywards Heath, the school is based in a beautifully adapted country manor house surrounded by expansive grounds, an ideal environment for learning and growth.

We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of pupils with special educational needs.

Assessment, Monitoring and Evaluation
Administration and Management of Resources
Key Requirements:
GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
Experience working with children
Experience working as part of a team
Ability to communicate well with parents, pupils, care workers and outside agencies
A calm, reassuring and responsive approach
