Crynodeb
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the stroke service in relation to SSNAP submissions and contributing to the smooth running of departmental operations. Accurately collect, input, and maintain patient data for the national SSNAP audit using a range of hospital systems (e.g. CareFlow, EDMS, ICE) and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint). Ensure high standards of data quality by processing large datasets with accuracy, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and retrieving missing information from both electronic and paper records. Input complex and detailed episodes of patient care into the national SSNAP database in a timely and accurate manner. Generate reports and present data in various formats to support audit and performance monitoring. Support departmental meetings by preparing documentation, taking accurate minutes, and managing follow-up actions. Communicate effectively with clinical and non-clinical staff across multi-professional teams, using tact and diplomacy where required.
