Crynodeb
Compliance Identify and escalate risks affecting the Trusts operations. Ensure all Plumbing maintenance and installation works are carried out in accordance with statutory regulations, HTMs, British Standards, and Trust policies. CAFM System Management Receive, manage, and complete planned and reactive maintenance tasks via the Trusts CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) system, ensuring timely and accurate updates to job records. Monitor and prioritise work orders in line with service level agreements, escalating issues where necessary to ensure continuity of service Technical Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), fault diagnosis, repairs, and minor installation works on a wide range of plumbing systems and equipment, including hot and cold water services, drainage systems, sanitary ware, and associated pipework.
