Fire-Stoppers Needed – Freelance
We're looking for experienced freelance fire-stoppers for various projects across North and Central London
What you'll be doing:
Your main responsibilities will include:
Installing barrier/curtain systems, primarily in loft spaces.
Installing fireboard and tape and joint systems.
Completing job sheets and providing photo evidence of your work.
Requirements:
A minimum of one year of fire-stopping experience (including compound, head of wall, and fire curtains).
A Blue CSCS Card specific to fire stopping.
A suitable vehicle for transporting materials.
Your own PPE and tools.
A valid driver's license and the right to work in the UK.
Willingness to participate in a brief telephone interview.
Preferred qualifications (but not essential):
NVQ2 in fire stopping
IPAF
FIRAS
PASMA and IPAF advantageous
Pay: £200- £220 per day, depending on experience.
