About The Role:
The company are seeking a skilled and dedicated Air Conditioning Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in air conditioning systems. This role involves the installation, maintenance and repair of various air conditioning units, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
Responsibilities Include:
• Install, maintain and repair air conditioning systems in commercial settings.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Build and assemble components for air conditioning units as required.
• Troubleshoot problems with existing systems and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including equipment repairs and maintenance schedules.
• Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to ensure efficient operations.
• Provide guidance and leadership to junior staff members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Candidate Requirements:
• Proven experience in air conditioning installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
• Familiarity with equipment repair techniques and best practices.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior team members.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in AC are required.
