About the employer
Independent, outgoing blind lady requires a Part Time Care Assistant with variable hours
Main Duties
• No personal care involved.
• We will work together using a formula of “say what you see, say what you do” to assist in the administration of the running of my care support, for example, emails, data entry and phone calls.
• Working together to achieve day to day life – e.g. shopping, housework, assisting with laundry. I enjoy preparing and cooking my own food and require your assistance to enable me to do so.
• Basic computer and smartphone knowledge required.
• A basic organised manner is necessary.
• A full UK driving licence (with use of a reliable car) is essential for any appointments and activities etc. Mileage will be paid - excluding commute.
• Holiday pay is calculated against the hours you work.
Additional employment information
No previous experience or qualifications required. However, a can-do attitude, reliability and an easy-going nature are needed.
