Assistant Property Manager - Student Lettings

Brighton

Full-time, Monday to Friday (WFH Fridays)

£26,000 starting salary

About your new company:

A successful and passionate company, passionate about creating student homes that truly feel like home. They focus on wellbeing and quick, personal support to make living easy and welcoming. Due to growth, they are looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join their Brighton team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting the Property Manager with day-to-day operations
  • Coordinating maintenance requests and planned works
  • Handling admin tasks: contractor liaison, diary keeping, invoicing, filing
  • Carrying out property inspections and occasional call-outs
  • Assisting with compliance and managing properties
  • Communicating with tenants and contractors with confidence and care

What you'll bring:

  • A genuine interest in supporting student wellbeing
  • Experience in property or lettings (preferred)
  • A full, clean UK driving licence and access to a car
  • Strong organisational skills and initiative
  • Confidence using Excel, Word, Google Suite and other systems
