Summary
Packing Operative – multiple opportunities available
Shifts available: Non-rotating shifts (set shift patterns) with every weekend off.
- 05:30am – 2:00pm (£13.48/hour)
- 02:00pm – 10:30pm (£15.37/hour)
Additional benefits:

- 9-day shift pattern, with every other Friday off
- 3 day weekend, every two weeks.
We are currently recruiting for Packing Operatives to join a well-established organisation within the manufacturing sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term position in a sterile environment with excellent benefits and stable working hours.
The Role
- Pack products accurately and to quality standards, following GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) procedures surrounding packing goods at all times.
- Complete documentation correctly and on time.
- Follow Health & Safety and sterile environment guidelines.
- Keep equipment and work areas clean, reporting any issues.
- Support team members and be open to training others.
- Report any safety, quality, or process concerns to supervisors.
- Contribute to efficiency and improvement initiatives.
About You
We are seeking self-motivated and enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working in a team environment while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Ideally experienced in a GMP packing role (sterile, food, or other regulated environment).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Reliable, punctual, and with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and use problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of Health & Safety compliance.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
