Crynodeb
We are a full Day care setting based in a village on the outskirts of Lincoln, being based here for nearly 20 years. We are seeking the suitable person for immediate start. You will need to be outgoing, enthusiastic and work well as part of a team to ensure that the children’s safety and wellbeing is paramount. You must demonstrate the ability to develop excellent communication and relationships with children, Parents and Staff, and assist in creating and maintaining a stimulating and attractive environment. The role will include planning and taking part in activities and games as well as assisting with meal times, and supporting the children throughout the day. A working knowledge of the EYFS, planning and assessment systems is desirable although training will be given. Any other additional responsibilities will be listed on the complete Job Description at the interview. You will be required to work a minimum of 4 days per week dependent on the Settings requirements. The setting is open for 47 week per year with set holidays and closed all Bank Holidays and weekends. Experience in supporting Children with SEN is desirable. We have lots of fun every day and are looking for the right person to join our strong team.
