The Role:
• To support a 13-year-old boy who is Autistic and has dysplasia of the hips so needs to avoid hi impact and slopes to access the community to participate in a range of activities and for regular swimming.
Main Duties:
• Support with swimming
• Support with activities
• Support with accessing the community
Personal Qualities and Attributes required:
• Respectful of confidentiality and privacy
• Responsible, reliable and trustworthy
• Respectful of dignity and independence
• Good communication skills and social skills
• Punctual, reliable and flexible
• Ability to work on your own initiative
• Understanding, adaptable and organised
• Car owner with driving license, use of own vehicle required, and business insurance essential
FOR EMPLOYED: Please note that this role may be subject to a DBS check, your employer may also ask for you to supply references.
You must be able to prove the right to work in the UK. No sponsorships are available.
FOR SE: Please note that the person undertaking this role may be requested to supply evidence of DBS clearance and/or references where appropriate.
Hours: 4 hours per week apart from school holidays
Pay:
£13.50 per hour employed
£16.07 per hour Self - Employed
