Crynodeb
To provide a high quality services for haematology patients and excellent laboratory services. This will include participation in running a general (clinical and laboratory) haematological service and participating in the MDMs and on-call rota. To maintain and further develop BSH level 2 haemato-oncology service for the Trust, including the development of a single multi-disciplinary team and development of the haemato-oncology protocols across the Trust and for the Kent Cancer Network. Candidates will be encouraged to develop a sub-specialist interest to complement those of the haematology team. To provide out-patient services at one or more sites as required. To participate in the Trust-wide system supporting clinical governance.
