Crynodeb
A breadth of learning opportunities is available, depending on the applicants preference. These include Tertiary Hepatology, Liver Transplantation and Research. A contribution to the HCC service is expected for the duration of the post. The Department undertakes basic, translational and clinical research in alcoholic hepatitis, HCC, NASH, cholangiocyte biology and PBC in partnership with the University of Cambridge and Cambridge NIHR Biomedical Research Centre. The successful candidates would all contribute to the Hepatology on call rota. These posts are not normally accredited as part of a specialty training programme but could be used for purposes as stated above.
