Neway International are looking for an Administrator to join our client based with Worcestershire County Council 20 hours/week | Mon–Fri, 10:00–14:00 Start: 8 September 2025 | End: 27 February 2026
Worcestershire County Council is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrator to support seasonal demand within the Public Health Directorate. This part-time role offers a great opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team while maintaining work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support across the Public Health team
Handle telephone, email, and face-to-face enquiries with professionalism
Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and correspondence
Assist with diary management, meeting arrangements, and minute-taking
Support project work and community events
Prepare reports and collate data for internal use
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with council procedures
About You:
We’re looking for someone who:
Has 5 GCSEs including English and Maths
Demonstrates excellent verbal, written, and numerical skills
Is confident using Microsoft Office and other software packages
Can work independently and as part of a team
Is organised, reliable, and sensitive to client needs
Understands the importance of confidentiality and equal opportunities
