Updated Pay Rates (from August 2025):
• Early Shift (6am–2pm): £13.23/hour
• Late Shift (2pm–10pm): £14.02/hour
• Night Shift (10pm–6am): £15.28/hour

Duties
Assembly tasks according to specifications and quality standards
Operate machinery to produce high-end doors and maintain smooth production flow
Conduct basic quality checks to ensure excellence in every product
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to health & safety regulations
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
Provide timely and proactive support.
Requirements
Good timekeeping is essential
Commitment to workplace safety
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and a dedication to quality
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Basic English communication skills.
