The Porters Lodges
The successful applicant will lead one of the most pivotal departments in the College. The Head Porter is responsible for the smooth management of three Porters Lodges across the collegiate estate.
Providing senior management duties, ensuring the Porters team are trained in all the necessary procedures required of their role. The Head Porter is a primary contact in college, and their behaviour must be commensurate with this level of authority.

Responsible for the day to day running of the College Porters Lodge. Ensuring the team of Lodge Porters across 3 sites, have everything they require to provide a first-class service for our current members, old members and visitors.
Working closely with other departments to ensure the effective and secure running of the College, playing a key role in the safety of college members and being the main focal point for day-to-day interactions of students and staff.
The Head Porter is responsible for the training, development and supervision of their department and continually seeking ways to improve processes.
