The Pathway Assistant role is an exciting opportunity to join our administration team which provides first class administration and reception services to the Division. As part of our Patient Pathway team, you will be responsible for greeting and arriving patients on reception, organising patient appointments and processing clinical correspondence in a timely manner.

Please note the expected days and hours which will be Wednesday to Friday, 08:30 - 16:30.

Successful candidates will have previous administration experience and either experience of working in an NHS organisation or a desire to work within a healthcare organisation. They will be able to communicate with a range of patients and colleagues and possess excellent team working, negotiation and organisation skills. Above all they will be committed to helping us deliver excellent patient care.
