Sous Chef Restaurant Sevenoaks Upto 38K + Tips
A new Restaurant (Opening soon) located close to Sevenoaks will be pushing for at least 1 Rosette of cooking lots of Fish and Game when in season
This will be a busy kitchen tho, so there isn’t any time for pretty pictures on plates or over technical dishes, the food served will be cleverly planned and created to maximise flavours without being over complicated
Sous Chef required to work alongside the Exec Head Chef assisting with the daily running of the kitchen, helping to organising daily prep between the team and cooking during service.
This will be the 2nd property with a 3rd in planning, so there is plenty of opportunity for the right Chef to join as Sous Chef and then gain promotion to Head Chef
We are looking for a friendly, talented chef, ideally somebody with experience of Rosette standard cooking somebody who enjoys cooking good food. An organised person that understands the importance of communicating well and building a team.
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Sevenoaks, Borough Green, Chipstead, West Malling or Possibly Tonbridge
